To start a return, please contact our support team with your order details and clear proof (photo/video). Once your return is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
